Do I have to become a member?

Yes, this is a membership only scheme

 

I am unsure if I fit the criteria?

Can I use my Translink Smartpass?

Translink Smartpass can be used by those who live in a rural area once they have been verified by our funders.  If this is a senior smart pass you can travel for free while half fare smart pass holders will receive travel at half price.

 

When can I book?

During office opening hours which are 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am – 4pm Friday

DAL Members – may book up to 1 month at a time e.g. your weekly hairdressing appointment and up to 2 days ahead.  If the booking is received later than 2 days’ notice we will still do our best to accommodate you.

Group Memebers – may book term by term e.g. September – December; January – April; May – August

DATS Members – may book week by week up to 4pm the day before.  If the booking on the day will we do our best to accommodate you.

 

Can I give the driver my booking?

No, to be valid all trips must be booked via the office.

 

How do I pay for my membership or fare?

Membership and fares can be paid by cheque, postal order or cash to the driver.  Please note we do not recommend you post cash.
